When I was young I had trouble with learning.
My teacher brought every week a bouquet of flowers to the classroom. She would ask me what kind of flowers they where. After three weeks I remembered! It was a nice way to boost my confidence, show me I am able to learn.

This is a story from a 36 year old women.

When I was younger we had knit lesson in class. Well only the girls had.
The teacher gave us in insane difficult excersice, most of the girls couldn't make it.
I went to my grandma to teach me how to knit it. And after a while I made it so beautiful, my mom and grandma where very proud.
So I went to school to show my teacher, but the only thing she said was, 'You washed it, I don't want that'.
She didn't say, well done, so good you could manage the excersice well done.
I was so disappointed, I can still remember it.
Good thing, I still knit almost every day and make the most difficult patterns.

I had a teacher in class 5 (age; 9 year old) who didn't liked me at all. Whatever I did, once in a while he looked at me and hold his fingers under his eyes, just to let me know that he was watching me all day long.

When I was like around 10 years old my teacher did something I will never forget.
I had a boy in my class, he was very agressive. One day it made the teacher crazy so he grabbed the boy and rattles him in front of the class. The entire class was shocked.
